Manuka Health is using the robust, scientific standard to rate the genuine Manuka honey based on its methylglyoxal level. For instance, MGO™ 100+ Manuka Honey is certified to contain at least 100mg of methylglyoxal per kilogram of honey, the minimum level required for Manuka honey to be of benefit.
